Fully funded DPhil scholarships for 2020 entry

We are delighted to announce 3 fully funded scholarships to study for a DPhil in US history or politics at Oxford, for entry in 2020. Applicants should contact a prospective supervisor as soon as possible (if you are unsure whom to talk to, you are welcome to email RAI Director Adam Smith at adam.smith@rai.ox.ac.uk). 2x Oxford-RAI scholarships, tenable at University College in American Politics or American History. These scholarships are open to outstanding students who apply for entry to undertake a DPhil either in the area of American Politics (in the Department of Politics and International Relations, Social Sciences Division) or in the area of American History (in the Faculty of History, Humanities Division). There is no separate application process, as the scholarships will be awarded as part of the relevant department's annual scholarship competition. They will cover living costs and all fees.

Oxford-Edward Orsborn Scholarship (American History)
A fully funded DPhil scholarship is available for entry in October 2020, open to an outstanding student from the European Economic Area (EEA) who applies for entry to undertake a DPhil in the area of American History (in the Faculty of History, Humanities Division). There is no separate application process, as the scholarship will be awarded as part of the History Faculty’s annual scholarship competition. It will cover living costs and all fees.
