Dr Nigel Bowles (former RAI Director) and Professor Philip Davies (Director of the Eccles Centre, British Library) explore the realities of American government with two former Congressmen, Vic Fazio (D-CA, 1979-99) and Randy Neugebauer (R-TX, 2003-17).
