Ludovic Arnaud

Ludovic Arnaud is a 4th Year DPhil at the Oxford Department of International Development (ODID) and works as a consultant for the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD). Before joining ODID, Ludovic completed an MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge and a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from King's College London. He has worked in the past for the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America (ECLAC/CEPAL) and the Caribbean and the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR).
