The RAI is led by the director, Professor Adam Smith; deputy director, Professor Uta Balbier; and director of academic programmes, Dr Daniel Rowe. We have a small but dedicated professional services team led by a full-time manager, Katy Long. Our academic programme and events officer is Hannah Greiving (full-time) and our operations assistant post (part-time, Monday to Wednesday) is currently vacant. The Vere Harmsworth librarian, Bethan Davies, is also a core member of the RAI leadership team.
