RAI student Mitch Robertson writes for the Washington Post

D.Phil. student Mitch Robertson has published an article in the Washington Post's 'Made by History' section, a daily feature which offers historical perspective on current affairs.

The article analyses the prospects of President Trump's widespread use of acting appointees, given the constitutional requirements for Senate confirmation.
