Eimear Marian Fanthorpe is a DPhil candidate in Law at the University of Oxford, where she has also taught European Union Law, Contract Law, and Company Law. Her doctoral research examines the implementation of water quality regimes in the USA and EU (the Clean Water Act and the Water Framework Directive), and their interaction with private law. Alongside her research, she has held visiting scholar positions at the University of Rome La Sapienza - Faculty of Law and the University of Kansas, School of Law.
