Emma Felin

Emma Felin (@emmakatefelin) is a Finnish-American DPhil candidate in English at The Queen’s College, University of Oxford. Her current research focuses on modernist women’s poetry and the phenomenology of perception. Before completing her M.St. in English and American Studies at Oxford, Emma graduated from King’s College London with her B.A. (Hons.) in English. Recently, Emma received the Fathman Young Scholar Award for her paper titled ‘Standing Science on its Head: T.S. Eliot’s Philosophy of Art and Science’ at the International T.S. Eliot Society’s 42nd Annual Meeting. In addition to her work on T.S. Eliot, Emma has written extensively on Wallace Stevens, Marianne Moore, Hope Mirrlees, and Virginia Woolf.
