Jessica Leeper

D.Phil. in History

I completed my undergraduate MA in history at the University of Edinburgh, graduating with a First in 2017. I then worked for two years in heritage museums in my hometown in Texas before returning to the UK. In 2020 I completed my MA in Eighteenth-Century Studies at the University of York, graduating with Distinction. I am now in the second year of my DPhil in History here in Oxford, supervised by Dr Katherine Paugh. Furthermore, in October 2021, I became the new Editor-in-Chief for the Journal of the Oxford University History Society. In addition to my research on the Adams women, I am also very interested in book history and eighteenth-century print culture. My History Faculty page can be found here.
