Katy leads the RAI’s administrative team and advises the Director and other senior officers.
She is responsible for all aspects of administration, finance, HR, IT, health and safety, and facilities management (which includes acting as building manager and departmental safety officer); servicing the Board of Management; and the development and maintenance of administrative systems, procedures and policies in support of the Institute’s strategic objectives.
Katy also oversees the RAI’s communications and events. Â
