D.Phil. in English
Nicholas Duddy is a doctoral candidate in English at Balliol College. Prior to this, he completed a BA (Advanced) in English and Creative Writing at the University of Adelaide and an MFA in Writing for Performance at the National Institute of Dramatic Art, Sydney. His current project explores representations of suicide in Anglophone drama after World War Two. More broadly, he is interested in contemporary theatre, Australian literature, and practice-led research in playwriting and dramaturgy.
