I am an American History DPhil student at University College, whose research focuses on the grassroots activism of conservative women in the US. Focusing on the intersection of gender, race, and religion, my research explores how the ideologies and activism of white women and women of colour developed in the twenty-first century.
Before coming to Oxford, I completed my BA in History and MPhil in American History at Christ’s College, Cambridge, during which I explored the second-wave feminist and anti-feminist movements between the 1960s and 1980s. Following my MPhil, I worked as a research assistant at the Bennett Institute for Public Policy at the University of Cambridge.
