Roxane Agon

Roxane is a DPhil candidate at the Centre for Socio-Legal Studies, Faculty of Law. Her research project – supervised by Dr. Florian Grisel – explores the complex relationship between private orders and the US state through the prism of private governance.

Roxane holds an LL.M. in Transnational Law from King’s College London and an MSc in Economic Law from Sciences Po Paris, where she developed her interest in critical legal studies. Roxane also holds a Bachelor from Sciences Po Paris, where she studied European Affairs, sociology and economics.

Prior to her DPhil, Roxane worked as Research Project Manager on the Lex-Atlas: Covid-19  project, with Profs. King and Ferraz. She also was a Tutor for the Sciences Po Paris legal clinic, and worked in law firms and barristers’ chambers in Paris, Brussels, and London.
