I studied English Literature (First Class Hons) as an undergraduate at Durham University, before moving to UCL for my MA in English: Issues in Modern Culture (Distinction). I’m now reading for my DPhil in English Literature at Balliol College. Broadly conceived, my research interests include T. S. Eliot, W. H. Auden, Ezra Pound, and James Joyce, transnational poetics, expatriate experience, 20th Century intellectual history, politics, little magazines, and the history of the book.
